Demo applications for the Origo IDE

Origo IDE has some really smooth demos to present the IDE’s capabilities. This is just the kind of applications i hope that Ovi Store will contain when it’s launched. The demo applications are all free so go ahead and try them out here.

Finally some well designed apps for the symbian platform. It’s a shame that almost all applications that’s produced for this platform looks like s**t. They have to learn that design sells.

Space dancer multi-touch game released!

You’ve probably seen this one before and now it’s finally released to the public.
It’s basically an attempt at implementing a multi-touch-style game for the s60 v5 platform.

Dice throwing on your nokia 5800 or N97

Although the graphics is not very polished it’s a really fun application to play around with. It really shows what potential the s60 v5 devices has. Lets just hope that some really good accelerometer enabled applications arrives soon.

Here’s how i use my Nokia 5800 and Gmail as a way to store my personal notes.

Configure your email account using your nokia 5800. It’s super simple, just enter your email, login and password and use IMAP4. The phone will figure everything else out.

Phone torch lets you light up your life!

I’m probably not the only one that occasionally uses my mobile phone as a flashlight. Most often it’s enough with just the backlight illumination from the screen but once in a while you need some real power lightning! Phone torch uses the camera led light and produces a really bright light.
